CCS Accredited Study Tours



CCS has hosted over 3,000 teachers and students from many different educational institutions and professional organizations.
Some programs are open to all teachers and adult students, based on availability.
3 to 9 Credits (or CE hours where applicable).
Most study tours are organized during the spring and summer months.
Space is limited to 20 attendees.



Open Seminar: Real Food Routes of Crete, Greece (link)



A 6-day program designed for serious enthusiasts of history, culture, botany, organic agriculture, and cuisine. Discover Crete's cultural and natural treasures with resident specialists. Stay in locally-owned apartments in a beautiful historic village.
Space is limited to 12 adult attendees for this very popular seminar.
Advance registration is required.

Tailored Private Seminars
