A 6-day program designed for serious enthusiasts of history, culture, botany, organic agriculture, and cuisine. Discover Crete's cultural and natural treasures with resident specialists. Stay in locally-owned apartments in a beautiful historic village near Heraklion. Be prepared for many amazing learning experiences. Delectable fresh and local cuisine is on the menu. Our tours, presentations and hikes are private, tailored for our small group. Space is limited to 12 adult attendees for this very popular seminar. Advance registration is required.

Accommodation: Stay wherever you like near our program bases and meet us each day at a designated point. CCS will provide options to choose from. There are also options for larger groups to share apartments or houses. We'll send options based on attendee requirements and lodge availability at the time of registration.

Program includes: All scheduled transportation, all scheduled meals and classes in the itinerary. Level of walking is low to medium impact, depending on the day. All attendees should enjoy walking an average of 1-3 hours a day in sometimes rocky, or steep terrain. Schedule subject to change due to attendee interests, weather and other unforeseen conditions.
