Join us in celebrating the fascinating geology, botany and cultural-culinary heritage of Crete.

June 6 - 14, 2011:  Historic Food and Wine Routes from the Minoan Period to Today

Visit several archaeological and historic sites, organic farms and vineyards.
Presentations on historic foodways and lessons learned (or ignored) about sustainable agriculture today
